The full GDPR-compliant privacy text needs to come from Siggi's previous website, or be drafted fresh once the final list of data processors is confirmed (e.g. the eventual email/newsletter provider, analytics if any). It should cover at least: comment-form data (name, email — email is never shown publicly, see below), newsletter subscriptions (English and Chinese lists are kept separate), and any cookies/local storage used by the site itself.

What the platform already guarantees technically, regardless of the final wording:

• A commenter's email address is stored for moderation only and is never rendered anywhere on the public site.
• Comments are held for review and do not appear until approved.
• Newsletter sign-ups for the English and Chinese sections are stored as two separate lists.
